REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
OSM Group Pty Ltd's refund policy is fair and equitable in accordance with the Training and Employment Act (2000) as amended.
Public Courses
- Payment must be received upon commencement of the course delivery.
- Enrolment may be cancelled / postponed up to five (5) days prior to commencement of the course with participants either transferring to another course with no additional fees charged.
- Enrolment may be cancelled up to five (5) days prior to commencement of the course with an administration fee of $50.00 (including GST).
- If no cancellation notice is received, or cancellation is made with less than five (5) days notice, OSM shall incur a 50% charge.
- The RTO Manager shall determine the extent of refunds / charges on a case to case basis taking into consideration participant circumstances.
Business Courses
- A purchase order must be received at least seven (7) days prior to delivery
- Enrolment may be cancelled / postpones up to seven (7) days prior to commencement of the course with no additional fees charged.
- If no cancellation notice is received, or cancellation is made with less than seven (7) days notice, but prior to the date of delivery, OSM shall charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.
- If cancellation is made on the date of delivery OSM shall charge 100% of the delivery cost.
- A business may substitute another participant at any time prior to course commencement should the nominated person be unable to attend.
OSM Group reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course to an alternative date due to insufficient numbers or unforseen circumstances. All enrolled participatns affected by such changes will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunty to transfer to the next available course.
