SIMULATORS

The Shared Vision Group provides a total training package utilising high-end equipment simulators to train operators in the mining, civil and associated industries globally. The packages are designed in consultation with the users and include such key drivers as State and Federal legislation, site procedures and processes, health and safety by skill or role and risk management. The packages are fed into the software of the simulators and provides a systemic assessment that is world first and sets a standard for all activities programmed. Having a systemic assessment means that there is a consistent standard set and maintained so the user and the student are aware of and can comply with all aspects of their roles and all training is delivered in a totally safe environment.



Packages may be designed for pre-employment, operator skills, induction training, typical incident handling, critical incident handling, cross-skilling from equipment to equipment, technology upgrades or user defined to meet specific requirements.
