WHO WE ARE
Duane is the Managing Director of OSM Group Pty Ltd, as well as an approved WHSQ Trainer / Assessor and a Workplace Health & Safety Officer. A Senior First Aid Instructor, Duane also holds a Diploma in Training & Assessing Systems. His background has covered industries for the past 24 years such as mining, construction, manufacturing and services.
Mike is the Business Development Manager with more than 15 years RTO experience. Coming from a Defence background Mike has expertise in training and assessment, transport and distribution, business management and workplace safety.
Hayley joined our team in June. Hayley comes with accounting experience and holds the role of Accounts Clerk bringing with her qualifications in Certificate III in Business administration and Frontline Management.
Associates
Allan is a Training Consultant as well as an Auditor. He is also an approved WHSO Trainer / Assessor and brings extensive experience from the military and Queensland Public Service.
Fred brings 40 years in the mining industry to the team, who is a Training Consultant. He is also an Auditor and Workplace Health Safety Officer holding Mining qualifications.
Trevor is a Training Consultant and an approved WHSQ Trainer / Assessor. He has an extensive background in Construction and Sugar Industries and is a Workplace Health and Safety Officer.
Training Consultant , Senior First Aid Instructor and Occupational First Aid and also a Workplace Health and Safety Officer with experience in the Construction Industry.
Judith is a Senior First Aid Instructor and Training Consultant with experience in the Construction and Security Industries.
